Every animation obeys the same grammar, taken from Bass and from the motion systems of Koto and DixonBaxi: the leader (the left C) always moves first and alone, then the mirror answers with the gesture that is its own idea. The IN ends exactly on the static mark, the IDLE is at rest for most of its loop, and the OUT is a conclusion, not a rewind.
The leader arrives, then its reflection grows band by band from the mirror outwards: the change spreading through the organization.
After the leader, the organization joins one person at a time: the points light up from the axis outwards, and now and then a quiet pulse passes through them.
This is the one mark whose idea literally is a line being drawn: the concept is drawn first, and during the idle it is briefly filled, as the organization starts to realize it.
The single stroke of the leader arrives as one line, then separates into three parallel arcs: one idea, carried by many.
Steady progress, performed: the eight segments arrive one after another, and in the idle a single step moves around the arc.
The organization’s C starts small and grows to its proportion. The scale change is the whole idea, so here scale is the movement.
A dark panel opens from the mirror line and the C appears as light cut out of it: figure and ground swap, a paradigm shift.
The pen touches down (the ball terminal), then the stroke swings in from it: a letter being written, not drawn by a machine.
The round thought is rebuilt as a system: top bar, spine, base, one after another, like a standard being laid down. The idle is a single latch-click.
It starts as a perfect mirror, then the water moves: the bands drift into their ripple. In the idle a slow ripple runs down the reflection.
